CANCELLATION POLICY:

24-Hour Cancellation/Reschedule – We understand life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We require 24-hours notice for non-emergency situations so that someone else may schedule into your time slot. You will be charged for the full session rate for a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show within the 24-hour window. We are committed to providing a respectful work environment for our employees and still pay them for late cancellations/reschedules and no-shows as they plan their schedules accordingly. We appreciate the understanding that booking an appointment is a reservation for, and a commitment to, a therapist’s time.

FACILITIES:

Balance Massage Center and Balance Massage School of Vermont both operate services out of 92 S. Main Street in Waterbury, VT.

PARKING: Please park in the lot behind our building or along Main Street. Our driveway is to the looker's right when facing the front of the building. Anyone parked in the residential driveway next door will be towed.
BMC PROFESSIONAL SERVICES & BMSVT STUDENT CLINIC: Please use the front door entrance by the tall welcome sign.
ADA INFORMATION: We have treatment rooms on both the ground level and the second level. If you need to stay on the ground level for your treatment, please contact us so that we can be sure to accommodate your needs.

Please come on in to the waiting room, remove your shoes, and your therapist will greet you there. There are restrooms available in both BMC and BMSVT areas off the waiting rooms.

COVID PROTOCOLS:

Masks are optional. Our therapists will wear a mask if that is your preference. Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well or have any covid, cold, or flu symptoms.

ZERO TOLERANCE:

All massage sessions performed by professional therapists and students are completely non-sexual in nature. We have a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY FOR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT. If this is violated, the session will be terminated immediately with full payment due.
