We hold space for you. We see the whole you - body, mind, spirit, and emotion. We combine techniques and modalities to best approach your whole self on a given day and believe in working together through a collaborative approach. We allow space for connecting to higher self, healing from deep within, and empowering you to guide your own healing.
OUR TEAM
Our team of practitioners is grounded, connected, and authentic in nature. We are a family with a shared vision in how massage can impact a person’s life. Collectively, we bring reverence and presence to the work, treating each client with the utmost respect and compassion. You are quite literally in good hands with any one of our talented and intuitive MTs.
OUR SPACE
Our space is serene, cozy, and welcoming. We have 3 treatment rooms for professional massage services, and 3 for student clinic services (Balance Massage School). We are also home to the enchanted “Rest Nest” healing space, a quiet place to rest, meditate, sleep, or just relax. We cannot wait to welcome you to BMC, situated comfortably in Waterbury, VT.
